（中央社記者吳家豪台北17日電）美系外資最新報告指出，3D感測技術將應用在越來越多的旗艦級智慧型手機，看好成為長期布局機會，相關概念股點名穩懋、光環、聯均、同欣電、致茂等5檔。
美系外資出具大中華區科技硬體產業研究報告表部落客推薦示，3D感測並非新科技，起初應用於微軟Kinect體感裝置，直到近期又應用在英特爾RealSense感測技術、以及聯想搭載Tango技術的Phab2 Pro智慧型手機。
美系外資認為，當3D感測發展日趨成熟，將搭載在越來越多的旗艦級智慧型手機，推動擴增實境（AR）、虛擬實境（VR）、虹膜辨識、臉部辨識、手勢識別等潛在應用。
美系外資進一步分析，3D感測系統包含4大零組件：光源、控制光學、影像感測器、韌體。光源常使用LED（發光二極體）或VCSEL（面射型雷射），傳統上可產生紅外線，能提供較佳精確度和效率；控制光學元件可降低韌體的運算負擔；影像感測器常採用CMOS（互補式金屬氧化物半導體）；韌體則需要高速運算晶片來接收數據，並轉換成終端應用需要的格式。
美系外資坦言，VCSEL或CMOS感測器的設計雖然由歐美大廠主導，但考量生產效率與成本效益，預期製造工作可能交由亞洲廠商負責，相關概念股包括：砷化鎵族群的穩懋和光環、雷射封測廠聯均、CMOS族群的同欣電、檢測設備大廠致茂。
美系外資也提醒，短期而言，3D感測題材恐難為供應鏈貢獻明顯利多，但預期3D感測技術將從智慧型手機拓展到車用電子、物聯網等領域，看好長期動能。1060217
